Normal Achievements

Complete the following achievements to unlock Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

Additionally there are eleven secret achievements, all of which are currently unknown.

Arcade Mode Completion (15 points): Clear Arcade Mode (Normal Mode).

Dural (50 points): Clear Arcade Mode (Normal Mode) with all characters.

Champion of Sega Arena Coast (20 points): Defeat all rivals at Sega Arena Coast using the same character data.

Champion of Club Sega Downtown (20 points): Defeat all rivals at Club Sega Downtown using the same character data.

Champion of Club Sega Bay Area (20 points): Defeat all rivals at Club Sega Bay Area using the same character data.

Champion of Sega World Route 101 (30 points): Defeat all rivals at Sega World Route 101 using the same character data.

Champion of Sega Arena East (30 points): Defeat all rivals at Sega Arena East using the same character data.

Champion of Sega World North (50 points): Defeat all rivals at Sega World North using the same character data.

Champion of Sega World South (50 points): Defeat all rivals at Sega World South using the same character data.

Beginners' Try (10 points): Place in the top three in the official Beginners' Try tournament.

Amateurs' Tournament (10 points): Place in the top three in the official Amateurs' Tournament.

Dojo Stages (5 points): Complete the Command Time Attack with one character.

Command Master (10 points): Complete the Command Time Attack with any 5 characters.

All Items (50 points): Collect all items using the same character data.

All Emblems (30 points): Collect all emblems using the same character data.

Orb Finder (10 points): Collect 7 orbs using the same character data and receive an orb item.

Orb Hunter (10 points): Collect 21 orbs using the same character data and receive 3 orb items.

First Dan (15 points): Earn a promotion to First Dan in offline play.

Fifth Dan (15 points): Earn a promotion to Fifth Dan in offline play.

Tenth Dan (30 points): Earn a promotion to Tenth Dan in offline play.

Defender/Hunter/Warrior (30 points): Earn the Master rank, then win 5 matches in a row against Tenth Dan opponents.

Classic SEGA sound

Hold B while loads to hear the classic "SEGA" sound from the Genesis system when the Sega logo appears.

SEGA balloon item battles

Win the "Virtua Fighter World Tournament Finals" in Quest mode. A SEGA balloon will randomly appear on the Quest mode map screen. When this happens, fight in any arena. The next ten battles will be item battles because of the balloon.

Arcade mode Route B

Hold Guard or Punch at the "Yes or No" prompt at the character selection screen in Arcade mode. Keep the button held until the match begins. This mode has a different order of the fighters that appear.

Demo mode

Select "VF.TV", then "Exhibition Match". Hold LB + RB and press A at the character selection screen. A sound will confirm correct code entry. The game will play random matches by itself.

Movie Theater custom characters

Enter the VFTV Movie Theater, then hold Left and press A when choosing the Wolf-El Blaze or Eileen demo movies. Any customizations you made to those characters will now appear in the movie.

Fight as Dural

Successfully complete Arcade mode with each character to unlock Dural in Versus and Arcade modes.

Dojo training stages

Successfully complete Time Attack mode in Command Training. Then, select Versus mode, choose the fighters, then press Down(2) for the fenced Dojo stage or Up(2) for the fence-less Dojo stage.

Costume C

Achieve the rank of First Dan in Quest mode.

Costume D

Complete the first Orb Disc.

999,999 gold in Quest mode

Complete Quest mode 100% with a character. Then hold LB and press A when continuing at the "Quest Info" screen to have 999,999 gold available for your next character in Quest mode.

Secret achievements

Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the number of Gamerscore points:

Challengers' Cup (15 GP): Placed in the official Challengers' Cup tournament.

VF Championship (15 GP): Placed in the official Virtua Fighter Championship tournament.

VF Climax (20 GP): Placed in the official VF Climax tournament.

VF Battle Masters (30 GP): Placed in the official VF Battle Masters tournament.

Quest Mode Completion (50 GP): Placed in the Virtua Fighter World Tournament Finals and completed Quest Mode.

Orb Master (10 GP): Collected 56 orbs and all orb items with the same character data.

Quest Trifecta (100 GP): Defeated all rivals and collected all items and emblems with the same character data.

Guardian/Slayer/Avenge (50 GP): Achieved Guardian, Slayer or Avenger rank in offline play.

Paladin/Berserker/Vanquisher (50 GP): Achieved Paladin, Berserker or Vanquisher rank in offline play.

Sentinel/Barbarian/Gladiator (50 GP): Achieved Sentinel, Barbarian or Gladiator rank in offline play.
